We also pay special attention to the composition of each product we buy, in order to adapt to any possible allergies of our guests.
Because of this meticulous selection process upstream from the kitchen that we are able to offer a range of exceptional flavors suitable for all palates.

Motivated by a constant desire for improvement, our restaurant attaches paramount importance to the transparency, provenance and quality of its products, which are then conscientiously prepared within our establishment. We use fresh ingredients, which are fully prepared by our kitchen care.
The excellence we have achieved in this area has earned us the “Homemade” label, awarded by the French Consumer Federation, GastroSuisse, Slow Food and Taste Week.
Ideally located in the small bucolic village of Chambésy, between Geneva Cointrin international airport and the shores of Lake Geneva, the Auberge des Trois Coqs enjoys an enchanting setting while offering many possibilities of access (see the “Information” section for details).
The restaurant is in an old building from the early 1900s, with exposed wooden beams, crisp flooring and a unique charm. Family atmosphere, cozy and calm, like at home.
