Safety measures in the catering industry

The GastroSuisse and HotellerieSuisse professional associations have drawn up a safety protocol for the catering industry in order to make visits to restaurants a pleasant and safe experience for guests.

Safety measures
Businesses and their guests are required to adhere to the following safety regulations:

-Hand hygiene: Hands must be washed or sanitised on entering the restaurant.
-Maintain social distancing: Where possible, maintain a 1.5 metre distance from other groups of guests and employees.
-Payment: Where possible, payment should be made by card using a contactless transaction.
-Personal data: When serving groups of more than four people, the restaurant must take the name and number of at least one person per group.

Open cellars 2018: “A cellar, a restaurant”


On the occasion of the “Open cellars”, the restaurant owners, and of course The Auberge des Trois Coqs which proudly represented the Domaine des Gondettes in Chouilly, and the Domaine des Molards in Russin, were honored on May 26, 2018, during a friendly moment at the “Canons” in the old city of Geneva. They visited a cellar of the State during the “Open cellars day” and then returned with a bottle “of there heart” to share at a closing dinner.
